Jojoba meal is what remains after the jojoba seeds have been cold-pressed and the majority of jojoba oil removed. As we do not practice chemical extraction of jojoba oil, preferring the natural processes, the jojoba meal retains a high percentage of oil. Taken with the meal’s natural exfoliating properties, it is often used in scrubs and exfoliating soaps.
